The copied card, after a few seconds again becomes blank. When the blank is touched to the "unseen" selection a second timethe blank becomes the selection and the spectators selection becomes the blank card in their hand. The spectators reactions are priceless.

SECRETS OF PACKET TRICKS - VOLUME #3

STUND

You shuffle a deck, place it on the table and invite a spectator to cut it. You bring out a packet of four cards and proceed to tell a story about going to a magic shop and wanting to buy a trick. A joker is turned over, then sent to the bottom. It rises to the top. You continue to place the Joker at the bottom, but it continues to rise to the top. Eventually you say, it became apparent that all four cards could be Jokers! However, when you show the cards, they are all the same, but they are all blank! You definitely wanted to buy the trick, but you are too late, because now you instantly show all four previously blank cards have "SOLD" signs on them!!! Magically a "SOLD" sign vanishes from one of the cards. That is the card you bought! "Let's see if the magic card works" you say, as you wave the card over the cut deck. Spectator turns over the card he cut to... say the Jack of Spades. BINGO! When you pass the MAGIC CARD through your hand, the Jack of Spades appears printed on it! You hand it to the spectator who will be STUND!

PLASTIC LADY

(Red Bicycle) - Having performed short Monte routine, performer takes a card and Visibly stretches it in both directions. He then Shrinks it to a miniature size cards right before their eyes. Immediately after it shrinks all cards are tossed onto the table and all sides are shown clearly. Cards can even be examined during the routine. Plastic Lady is easy to perform and the method is so clever and diabolical it has fooled the best. Includes: Red Bicycle cards and illustrated manuscript.

PASSWORD

MO' MONEY

At the start of the routine, the performer begins by asking the audience if they're familiar with the game of Three-Card Monte. Admitting that the game is rigged, the performer offers to explain it. What follows is a roller coaster ride that the audience cannot conceivably follow, and they are left magically dazzled and bewildered. Even when removable labels are affixed to the "money card," the audience still loses! HOCUS POKER

David Solomon has created the poker deal to beat all poker deals! Hocus Poker is an ingenious "contest" staged at world famous "Cheater's Convention." In the finals, Chicago Eddie and Detroit Fats are each dealt a hand of aces and eights, the "Dead Man's Hand"! Each player then gets a shot at cheating. Eddie secretly steals two aces from Fats, giving him four aces. Fats then shows his hand to be a straight flush, showing each card front and back! Eddie, not to be outdone, changes his hand into a royal flush to win the competition.

CAPITULATING QUEENS

Four Queens are shown to the spectators. It is explained that one of the Queens has a different colored back from the other Queens. A spectator is invited to guess which Queen is different. The Queen the spectator chooses is the different card. Then, one at a time, each Queen is shown to have a different colored back. For a finale, all four Queens are shown to be completely different.
